Shipping

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and fulfilled by Printful. Our processing time typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the complexity and volume of orders. This is the time it takes to print and prepare your items for shipment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons (such as holidays), so please allow extra time for orders during these periods.

After processing, your order will be shipped via one of our trusted carriers. Shipping times will generally take 3-7 business days if ordered inside of the U.S.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Clothing and Apparel: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Non-Clothing Items (e.g., accessories, home goods): We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at boardlifeclothingcompany@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with the next steps, including instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for us to inspect the item and process your refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges unless the return was due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Please note that the refunded amount may take a few business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
